Music Jukebox in Alien Carnage

Why is there no promised 'Music Jukebox' in Alien Carnage? And what about the 'Apogee Software' thing in the main menu instead of 'Ordering Info'?

I'm not totally sure about this, but I think it was intentionally (sp?) removed in Alien Carnage - it was in Halloween Harry.

I'll ask someone else here and see if they know.
