Blake Stone MIDI music

I don't usually go to this area to post but here goes. Does anyone know how to convert the music from Blake Stone to .mid files? It's been done with Wolfenstein. Most of you know that. But does anyone know how to do this?

You can't convert them to MIDI files, since they aren't midi files to begin with.

Bobby Prince later went back and recreated most of his Wolfenstein music in MIDI - they were not converted. I know a couple of the Blake Stone tunes he did in MIDI, but not many.
