At the bottom of the listing, you see that he's actually trying to sell a house. I imagine he's trying to use the "OMG! XBAUCHES 36o FOR $140k!" to gain exposure. It's certainly an odd marketing scheme.

Well, there are only two possibilities. This is a joke auction, since clearly no one is going to pay that much money; or this is actually an advertisement for the house, cleverly disguised as an auction for an XBox 360 with a price so high that people simply have to look. He could be a shareholder of The Harris Group, or a realtor for RealtySouth. Either way, this guy is jerk.

My friend is supposed to be selling xbox 360's on ebay. I wonder how much he'll get? I'll have to talk to him about that.
