I'm looking for a free FTP client. Currently, I'm considering getting either SmartFTP or Coffee Cup FTP. Which of the two would you recommend? Know of any other free FTP clients?

Thanks. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I use WS_FTP95 LE 5.08 for a FTP client.

FileZilla (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=21558) - Very popular, very good.

If you use Firefox, FireFTP (http://fireftp.mozdev.org/) is an excellent extension.

I like to use the built-in FTP explorer on Windows. Just type an FTP address into the address bar and you're there. You can drag and drop files and set permissions like with any FTP program. I've been using it for years for all my websites and it hasn't given me any problems thus far.

Yeah, I've been using this one for quite a few years now. I haven't had any reason to switch over to anything else.
