There are some files in the Wolf3dsrc file that were used for SOD. I changed some of the stuff in the file and want to use it. How can I get SOD to recognize these changes and use them? Do they have an SOD source code all by itself instead of being mixed up with Wolf3d?

You need to compile SoD again, I haven't taken a close look so I don't know about the SoD source being mixed up with normal Wolf3D.

I remember seeing that stuff in the source code, your best bet is to compile it, I would've tried it, but I don't have the right compiler for it, it needs Borland C++ 3.0 or 3.1 I think, I'm pretty sure it says it somewhere in the documentation, so if you're really interested it it, buy the compiler. But I'd warn you against this unless you already know how to program or are really interested in learning, compilers usually don't come cheap, except DJGPP (www.delorie.com/djgpp/) which is free http://3drealms.3dportal.com/ubb/images/icons/grin.gif.
Whew, this is the 5th time I've edited this post in the last 10 minutes!

Its been compiled and run perfectly before, it needs borland c++ 3.1, 3.0 doesn't work right.

Does C++ come with Office 97? If not atleast I know it's made by Microsoft.

No

Borland C++ isn't, it's made by (you'll never guess this one) Borland (no relation to Al). If you want to get C++ I reccommend getting DJGPP at www.delorie.com/djgpp/ (http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/) . Unless you want to start making applications as opposed to games, don't get Visual C++ (Microsuck's version).

Like stated before. YOU NEED BORLAND C++ VERSION 3.1! It's stated in the help file. Microsoft's Visual C++ will not compile it right. I emailed borland help about geting a 3.0 to 3.1 patch, they haven't responded. The patches posted stop at 3.0 to 4.0. But there are patches for diffrent 4.xs and 5.xs. =( They better have it!!!!!
