Most of you might know about KMO. Anyway how do you re-open the levels that you made? I have made many levels that are unfinished that need to be.

Uh, is this like a level editor or something? I haven't heard of it.

If you look in the thread "Keen 4 Level Editors" you will find the url in there. This is a great editor and it's for Win95.
To Geoff: Since there is no open command in KMO, how can I make the code to do it? If this is possible

No, its not possible. I'm sorry its not perfect, but I had no intention to release it at all, then I thought, it would be better to release something than nothing. What you have to do is keep it open, save, and test your level.. sorry! I added a FAQ to my website, on how to make the most out of KMO. I really recommend reading it, it will save a lot of your levels - it can help you get around a lot of the bugs.

Here's something to add to that FAQ, Geoff:
Don't bother using it if you wave Windoze 98, it won't save (and I had a really cool level).
Also, think you'll ever be releasing the source code? Maybe someone out there could add some new features (i.e. loading), but I'd warn you if you consider this that someone could take your name off it and put their's in its place.

I don't think I'd consider it.. because of what you said and also because no one would understand my code anyway.. I'm pathetic at writing stuff like that! Anyway.. maybe if I ever get some free time I'll continue work on it, but at the moment, I'm way too busy.

Yeah it will work on Windows 98! I have win98 and have made some super-cool (playable) levels. Maybe before you report a bug you should check with other people :-)

Ok, well something's wrong with it, and using Windoze 98, if anything goes wrong thats the first thing I blame. I have quite a few (DOS) programs that won't run properly in Windoze 98, and the saving program is apparently a DOS program, so that's where I came up with my conclusion... so I'm just screwed then when it comes to actually saving my levels?

if you have bricks(solids) in the outer 2 rim
somtimes that will mess it up

Hey Geoff:
Could you at least send ME your source? I'm working on a new editor (Full details at www.insidetheweb.com/messageboard/mbs.cgi?acct=mb450405) called Commander Keen Studio. I will not use your source. (It is Visual Basic Right? There's files in the .log ***VB5.dll. And that's a VB style splash screen.)
