You pc gamers are in for a treat. Unfortunately, it has little replay value.

The main reason to replay it is to get Acheivements. I wonder how they'll work that into the pc version.

The PC version should be better with mods and stuff. I really just wonder how much microsoft paid for their 4 months of "exclusive".

A PC version was rumored, but never confirmed at the 360 launch. Even Monolith and Sega wouldn't confirm anything.

But PC shots of Condemned did show up every now and then.

Yes, judging from the trailer it looks exactly like F.E.A.R. from a technical point of view, is it true that it's the First Encounter Assault and Reconnaissance engine? I assume so since it's Monolith behind both games http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yes, both games use the same engine. Whatever you wish to call it the FEAR engine or Jupitor X. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif Fear was built on the engine first, then after the major tech work was finished they built Condemned in the engine and ported the tech over to the Xbox 360 specs.

I already own the 360-Version of Condemned. The game has a totally thrilling atmosphere, it's much more creepy than F.E.A.R. was imho. The puzzles are boring and the game is not too long, but Condemned is nevertheless worth a buy if you like horror games.
