grabbag A.K.A. duke nukem theme song

a few weeks ago i was going through my duke3d cd and came across grabbag.
i decided to update it with some software and turned out with this (the attachment if u cant c it!)

I could be wrong, but wouldn't distributing stuff that came on the retail CD be illegal? (I don't remember off hand what's in the "grab bag" folder, it may be all available on the 3D Realms website anyway... If so, just ignore this http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif)

Actually, 'grabbag' is the theme music. And the attachment doesn't work.
