Help me find the name of this Sega game

A girl I know wants to play a game she played when she was little, but her description is very vague.
It involves controlling a kid and using candy to trick animals so that you can somewhat transform into them by putting on their .. ehrm fur or something.
She thinks it is for Master System, but it may be for Sega Mega Drive too (I don't know the name for the US release, it's the 16 bit sega).
I would really appreciate some help on this.

Little Nemo: The Dreammaster. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif There is an NES and arcade version, and I guess a sega genesis version (although I've never played that version).

I still remember when I got a hold of Nemo the dreammaster...
