I had Shadow Warrior installed earlier this year and I'm not sure when but it started playing Duke Nukem 3D music. Grabbag to be pasific, and it keeps poping up the error (below)

I later uninstalled Duke and SW for more room. After geting more room I installed SW first and played just fine, and with SW music. Now I have Duke3D installed again and SW is now playing Duke3D music. What gives?

The only thing I can think of is that you have Duke3d's CD in the CD-ROM drive while you're playing Shadow Warrior. But that is understandably a long shot.

Hehehehe, yep that fixed it. I must of had my Atomic CD everytime becuase I use to leave it in there so I didn't have to grab the CD. It was the only game at the time that requested the CD. =) That makes alot of sense. Thanks dude. =)
