I'm trying to add a smoke effect, but the alpha is all messed up on it. I tried usegoodalpha, but nothing happened. I'm using the latest Eduke32.

Could you please post a screenshot of what you mean by "messed up" ? Thanks :)

I think he means it became "messed up" after several blood layers placed one upon other.

no, I mean it only shows a few transparencies. Here's a sceen. It's a little hard to see, so look for grey blobs near the explosion:

It looks like crap. It looks just like my old smoke effects before I found out about alpha hacks and usegoodalpha, but I can't get that to work. Any way of fixing this?

Well, there's actually a flaw in the current alpha system. What exactly did you do to fix those issues ?

I used an alpha hack. I forgot how to do it, but then I figured it out. I forgot to put a "-1" after the tile number :doh:
