He's said he's lost interest in it. Not much else than that, but I know he's working on other web sites, so he may just not have the time anymore.

Hey, the RSFTUOTDI3DRG has been updated. Actually, it's kind of been dismantled; it's now just a single page with the petition displayed on it. I guess James developed had other interests...
