Just recently the nuke symbols stopped animating on me
It's not a big deal but I think it's really annoying as I'm so used to them spinning around.
I've tried both Explorer and Firefox and they won't animate in either of the browsers.
Is there any way I can fix this?
Your cache is corrupted. You will need to clear your cache either through the browser and if that doesn't work you have to manually clear it.
EDIT: I'm guessing you're no longer being affected by this issue? (http://forums.3drealms.com/vb/showthread.php?t=17794)

Anyway, I manually deleted all my temporary internet files and cookies but it didn't help it seems.. they're still not moving.

It's a cookie issue. Delete your cookies from here, quit your browser, dump your cache, then come back.

Do you have ZoneAlarm Pro? There's a setting in Privacy/Ad blocking that disables animation in animated gifs.
