Hey guys,
This is Norm in Intern, over at PC Gamer magazine. We've been playing Prey for the upcoming review in our next issue, and I'm personally loving the game so far. I wanted to let you guys know about our newest episode of the PC Gamer Podcast, where we talk about our Prey experiences and interview Gary Whitta, our old Editor in Chief, who helped write the script for Prey. Gary gives some insights as to how he contributed to the story, what kind of changes he made, and why Prey is a fine example of the new wave of story driven FPS games. Check out the podcast in itunes or directly at

That was cool. If anyone wants to know, they mention Prey 2 (nothing about it specifically though).

It sounds like Prey could be the deepest story ever in an FPS, better than many movies. I'll be interested to see how it turns out especially since Whitta is also working on DNF.

Does the podcast spoil much of the story?

For the non-tragically hip readers like me who are not vitally interested in the full hip-hopping dirge, the relevant prey section is between 27 and 33 minutes.
