View Full Version : Launching: Black Screen

After I finished installing the game, I tried to launch it. A black screen appears and then my cursor as well, but nothing happens.

Here are my specs:

AMD Athlon XP 2000+, MMX, 3DNow
256MB RAM
DirectX 9.0c
Radeon 9000 PRO

I think that's pretty much it. Help please. :(

EDIT: Today, it worked on my friend's computer which was a 1.7 and had an integrated videocard. :(

Do you have enough ram for it? :o

Not sure what the requirements are, but most of the games now want at least 512mb

You can prolly buy a ton of ram for like a few gold.

I sent you a card and a magnet totalizing around 5 bucks. Send me RAM now. :(

So is this the problem for sure? My amoung of RAM?

Unlikely. It will just hitch a lot while you are playing with 256. What could is your video card which is also unsupported. I don't believe it has the features needed to run the game at all.

Well at least I played it at my friend's and enjoyed it. Good work on the game.

check out the requirements

While you don't have the minimum ram, you also seem to not have the minimum card required to play.

The 9000 is a DirectX 8.1 card and you need a DX9.0c card, meaning you need at least a 9500. :o
