Think about it for a second.....It just COULD be that the game is VAPOURWARE ! Think about it again once you get over the laughter and girlie laugh and finger point at my post...... http://www.3drealms.com/ubb/images/icons/smile.gif What if 3DR created this huge media hype and user backlash just to create some breathing room and free press for the company.....and what if PREY was what they have been working on all this time with the pretense that DNF was vapourware all along and a cover for the continued development of Prey......Prey was cancelled (near completion some say but they were unfortunate to nearly finish the game during a new shift upwards in game technology), and DNF was born......hmmmm, fishy.....you never know.......the "When It's Done!" line seems pretty damn fishy and convenient for 3DR....no pressure, no deadline...........for PREY.

YOU JUST NEVER KNOW WHAT 3DR HAS UP THEIR SLEEVES.......and how pissed off we would be if we found out DNF didn't exist.....

Boucher, I think you're right. This whole gaming business 3DR seems to be doing is just a front. More than likely they've got a big time gambling operation going on in the back room. Those bastards have been playing craps all this time! I should have known when I saw those dice in the E3 video. I feel so used!

Nothing has changed on Prey since the last time we said something about it - back in 1997, I believe.

The game is "on hold", and will be until Duke Nukem Forever is released - at that point, we'll make a decision on what to do with the game.

No deeper explanation exists - this is it. As simple as it can possibly get.

Alternate possibilities are just as feasible as any others....I'm just giving one example.......we have no tangeable proof that DNF does exist or doesn't exist.....so, any explanation is possible......3DR can say whatever they want to say.......either way, they're not going to tell us one way or another what they are up to...........so, we can speculate all that we want to.........it could be true.........
