Hi everyone,
Where can I get a copy of Watcom C? Don't go yelling at me... they don't sell it anymore! The reason I need Watcom is to create NLM's (NetWare Loadable Modules). I normally use DJGPP and Borland C++ Builder, but I need Watcom because it is the ONLY language that can create NLM's. Novell has said this itself.
Can someone please help me? If it's not in the stores anymore, there's no way of obtaining it legally, so...

I'm pretty sure they still sell it. The company changed their name a few years ago, so it won't be called Watcom C++ anymore.

Nope, they don't. I found their homepage a few months ago where they stated they had quit it because they do other tools now...
Who oh Who can help me on my quest? I will owe you my gratitude!

really out of my line here, but it should be the same as with any other software. contact the company and find if they are still selling it (but just not on the site), and where can you get it. the company is always the best resort for the status and whereabouts of their own products http://www.3drealms.com/ubb/images/icons/smile.gif

I looked at their site, but they say it's old and unsupported... they are focusing on new products now...

Guess I'll have to do that... hopefully they won't think I'm a warez d00d or something http://www.3drealms.com/ubb/images/icons/frown.gif

This probably won't help, but about six months ago they still had it on their products page for purchase. You probably are right that it isn't there, but it might still be there, but just not supported or recommended.
There are some other free ware compilers at the moment that also support DOS4GW by the way. Not sure where to get them though as I use borland instead.

Yes, I know (I normally use DJGPP), but Watcom is the only language that is able to create NLM's, that's why I need it.
