Well?
Do you want to see a similar feature as utilized in HL:Ep 1/Loast Coast and Riddick...etc?
IMO i think its a good idea because you can play the game a 2nd time around with new insights.

I can already picture it...
*Giant Nuclear symbol spinning above a can phys_prop in the ground*
*clicks symbol* *George's Voice starts talking*
"So, ummm, this is an used food can. It took us 3 years to complete because we couldn't get the physics to behave just right. We went through a lot of engine changes and tech updates before achieving the result you're looking at now." :dopefish:

10 years of development with lots of changes, a huge jump in the Duke franchise, surely a deeply immersive game with lots of thinks to let pass unnoticed, plus, the more the better (screensavers, minigames, stuff, stuff, stuff)....I think is a must.

That made me laugh... :D
Anyways, yeah, i don't see why anyone wouldn't want this, if 3DR had the time, and mood to to actually do this...
Of course, there are still people who'll think "No way, they should release the amn game, instead of delaying it because of this, which i wouldn't listen to anyway"... But i really don't think this would prevent 3DR of making a "Dev commentary" if they would want it in...

A dev commentary would be interesting (maybe I should actually try the one in HL:E1 :D ). If they didn't have this, it's possible to do a roundtable discussion similar to what Monolith did for the F.E.A.R. CE. That was done well imo.
Either way as long as we get some sort of making of (and knowing 3DRealms it'd be good), then I'd be a very happy gamer. :)

Agreed. A commentary is great way to increase the re-playability of a game, and as said, increases the insight into the games development. Which we all really, badly, want to know.
