The Best Buy I preordered at did not have it today, either. I will probably call others and see if they have it so I can pick it up 1 day early. :)

I said this all in the other thread. Dont expect to find an early copy. And if you did you can expect some sort of repricussions to that employee later on for selling a game that isnt on the market yet.

I'm hoping my Gamestop will have it later tonight. Usually when alot of people are asking for a game, they will go to the airport and pick up their shipment instead of waiting for UPS or FedEx to deliver it the next day. They have done that with a few games already that I reserved. Hopefully they will do that today as well. Also, for the person saying that the employee would get in trouble for selling early. I doubt HH, 3DR, and Venom care about a store selling it a few hours before the official release date.

um it isnt about what HH and 3DR thinks, its called company policy. I know for a fact that if a gamestop employee sells a product earlier than the stated street date we are fined a hefty amount of money and probably fired. Me being a Gamestop employee cant even get a game early if we got it sitting in back..even though I work there. Trust me, if there wasnt a policy pushing it I'd be selling tons of games early just to get ppl off my back on release day but that isnt the case.

Just got back from my local Gamestop and preordered and paid in full for the Limited Collectors Edition, $63.89. I'll have it tomorrow after 1:00....WOOT! I can't remember the last game I preordered but I wanted to be sure.
I'm on vacation rest of the week so it's happy times for me! :D

I hope they do. Then since your saying that your Gamestop does illegal stuff on a game forum, your bacially screwed or should I say Gamestop is screwed also. They could be closed down for doing that.

I phoned all over the Ottawa area today (I live in Ottawa Ontario Canada) I phoned both EB's,both BestBuys, and all three Walmarts,as well as a few smaller shops, like Compucentre, and none of them have it in stock.... :( The sales associate at the EB near me,said Thursday !!! And employees at both BestBuys told me two weeks at the earliest! This must be false info!

Why do you have to be rude about it. I just said I hope they'd get it in today since it's happened before. Geez. I'm just like everyone here. Just a fan waiting for one of the greatest games ever to come out.

I am not trying to be rude. You know that is it illegal. Why would you want to shut down your company? In my state, if YOU buy a game before the release date, you get it trouble too.

I knew people selling it a week in advance is illegal and I would never buy it. Just didn't know you could get in trouble selling it a few hours on the pre-release date. Oh and I don't work for Gamestop, just a customer. All is good though. Didn't mean to come off sounding like a know-it-all and didn't mean to advertise doing anything illegal.
