On Which Level Can You Access The "Hand" Doors?

Starting on which level can you access the "hand" doors? I am on the "Overgrown" level, and have so far encountered several of the "hand" style doors throughout the game, but no way to access them. I was just wondering if and when you will be able to access these doors, or are they just there for show?
