Play.com Soundtrack Code

Well, I have a code, but it says that someone else has used it already, or it is invalid.
I have typed it, copy + pasted, and same thing happens.

I don't know how to tell them that it does not work!

Anyone else in the same boat?

Question: Play.com e-mailed me a redemption code which has been used.

I received an email from PLAY.COM after purchasing PREY for which included a key to allow me to download the music.

However when i use the key your site says its already been used.

Below is a copy of the email from newsletter@play.com

2. After you receive an email with confirmation of your registration go back to

4. Follow the instructions on screen to download your album.

Solution:

Play.com will need to provide you with a unique code for the FREE soundtrack.

In their mailing they sent the same code to everyone, but they do have unique codes on hand.
