I am in the room with a large pipe and boxes. I can run around a wall and all of the monsters I kill are on the ceiling. I do not see any gravity cyliners to shoot on the ceiling. How do I get out or advance?

Look for a portal in one of the boxes hidden away in a corner. It's a portal puzzle, and you'll have to go through several boxes to get your world right-side up.
