Prey + teamspeak = ?

Hey, ive bene playing the full version of prey for a time now, and everything goes quite good, (except the lag from time to time), but this topic isnt about that... Me and my teammate are already training and want to go somewhat more competitive soon. So we grab a teamspeak server, and start playing. before playing we could understand eachother well, while playing we can only understand some vowels. 'U .... e .... I ..." thats no way to build up decent teamplay, so is there anything I can do about this?
