To even start doing this is surpisingly accessible and relatively simple (like the vacuuforming plastic). You'd think you'd need to find a pro shop to do some of these things, but no!

I.e. having a sheet of plastic on a wooden tray, heated in your stove until it melts and sags. Then you lay that on top of your clay/plaster sculpt/mold that is on a vacuuform table (a simple table with a wet-dry vac attached beneath it), suck the plastic down... really neat!

They even have a tutorial to make the Evil Ash - that'll please some of ya.

It's not the same as a real costume :(
I could think of buying it, just because of fanboyism of Aliens... But i want more detailed photos of it... I can barely see how the mouth looks, or the tail (does it even HAVE one..?)... :o
