Not sure if its been posted already, I couldn't find it. Anyone listened to Bobby Prince's new "Doom" track?
http://www.bpmusic.com/
Theres a torrent on his website. He's asking everyone to comment, and if it goes well he wants to release more tracks in the same way.
Its classic Bobby Prince, thats for sure. So much so that its stuck in my head....catchy little thing. Though he said "what I would have done" he's probably referring to a REAL Doom sequel and not Doom 3, as its a bit too upbeat for Doom 3.
Anyway check it out if you liked his work.
EDIT - Also.....is it just me or does it bear resemblance to E2L3? Hmm....

Downloading now, two minutes to go, i'll probably seed this for the rest of the night... Well it bearing a resemblance is no suprise, a lot of bobbies work is very thematic in DOOM, a lot of the same drum beats get reused and certain melodies are replayed a few times. I'll post my thought as soon as this is done...
(Edit) huh... Thats pretty interesting sounding. I must admit its not quite what I was expecting ( I blame DooM 3s visual style and theme for that corruption.) It does sound a little twisted, the first thing that started to come to mind when I heard the main part of the song was the Bunny Rabbit Theme, I was seeing flashes of the city in ruins all over again, only it was a long while after it had burned to the ground, and the bunny rabbits little head had decomposed into a rotten skull. Very twisted and awesome imagery that a lot of the doom songs evoke, some are slightly twistedly upbeat, some are very gothicy, and some are metal... Its quite a strange mix, and in some ways was missed in DooM3, but for that stuff to have worked in DooM3 you would need an entirely different art style. DooM3 was super serious, and the original doom games were not.
Ugh, no one's seeding. Could someone be so kind as to reseed?
EDIT: Nevermind, someone graciously gave me the file. I'll be seeding for a while if anyone wants it.

For me that theme is tainted, I just think of the origin of NEDM. :o Damn internets...
I like this theme and I hope he makes some more. :)

Bahahahahaha :D
Nothing justifies Doom remixes, not even Bobby Prince.
