Not very much. The first line of the voiceover translates to English as "Find people who are just like you.", so my guess is that Microsoft's biggest selling point for the X360 is that it can help people with uncommon hobbies - such as farting on the street - help to find each other. Which would make the X360 the most expensive IRC client off all time... :D

Yeap, though somehow that advertisment reminded me of Counter Stirke, FPS and PC gaming in general.
