friend cant logon

hi this is dopefish7590 (not ick this time)
ick... one of my friends is using my account to post because he cant logon... wats wrong... he signed up but every time he tries to logon is says that his username or password is not valid :mad:

any help would be appreaciated

I did an advanced user search and didn't see any such username between 01-Dec-2006 and today.

If spambots are filling the moderation queue with garbage registration requests, it may take some time for the moderators to weed through it all and enable the legitimate accounts.

At any rate, he/she would probably get a faster response by using the "Contact Us (http://forums.3drealms.com/vb/sendmessage.php)" link at the lower right of the page. One of the contact options is for registration problems.

What was the full username that he registered? It could have been rejected if he had it spelt like IcK or iCk or even used a fake email address. Or if he's a previously banned member on the site then that's another thing that could prevent him from signing on.

If he is registered then simply request a lost password from here (http://forums.3drealms.com/vb/login.php?do=lostpw) and it'll send his details to the email address he used to register.

If none of the above work then he hasn't registered an account. Register again.
