This is 3 -part documentary called "Haaste" (haaste = challenge) of Finnish Navy Combat Divers(in finnish = taistelusukeltaja), our toughest militarytraining. It is all in finnish language, but if you are interested in the methods how these combatdivers are trained, it is a interesting documentary to watch.

Being a naval combat specialist up in Finland must be even harder than it is for Navy SEALS and SBS just due to the cold alone.

That's awesome. Looks very similar to BUDs training but, as Nessus said, the cold definitely complicates things. I know that the cold is certainly my big weakness during Army training; it sucks my motivation away like a vampire.

Yeah, it would be nice if these would have been subtitled, but it would take a lot of work.
