had a great voice, a definite shame that he's gone.
Btw, I recognize that song from Hitman Blood Money. I didn't know that it was a real song until now(Shows how much I know about opera music). Great melody anyhow.

Yeah, I'd think that he most certainly sang perhaps the most popular operas out of all of them. He definitely took on Giuseppe Verdi's tradition in him, and now it's all lost. Don't think we'll be hearing anybody match his opera talents, even in the most professional theater.
