Is there any other Max Payne merchandise other than the mouse pad as shown in the 3D realms store??

I remember seeing the picture of the Remedy team wearing Max Payne T shirts.When will those be available??

I don't think the shirts were ever for sale.

Those shirts were just made up for the Remedy team at last year's E3. There were never Max T-shirts available (although I personally think there should have been).
