Copying brushes and movers from a map to another

How can I copy one or more brush from a map to another?
Also: is there a way to sopy a mover from a map to another, keeping all its properties?

you can export and import brushes. and as far as i know they keep their attached textures.

or you can try copy n paste. it works with actors but i never tried this with brushes.

It works with brushes, but seems to prefer it from a saved map.
