Modern/Urban-style texture set?

Could anyone recommend some good modern-styled texture packages for Unreal? (As in no castle/dungeon stuff - blah) I'm looking for quality and variety. Stuff you might find in a Duke Forever texture set. (furniture, appliances, wallpapers, computers, electronics, desks, doors, etc.) Post a URL if possible.

If you want some good textures (realistic ones), then I highly suggest you download Tactical-Ops for Unreal Tournament (http://www.tactical-ops.net). It's basically a Counter-Strike type mod, but it has some very very good textures for Unreal Tournament. Beta 2 for TO is coming out in a few days, so it'd be best to wait for it. That should have some new packs.

Also, http://www.planetunreal.com/undulation/ has EXTREMELY good textures (Maggot texture packs are the most realistic, VERY GRITTY AND URBAN, but excellent) I suggest those as well.

LASTLY, there is a map called SW-TexasBank (which is for Tactical-Ops). But it has 3 very huge texture packs with some pretty good textures. While it doesn't come as highly reccomended as the Maggot packs, it has some decent stone work, bricks, shrubs and computer artwork (monitor, case, keyboard). http://dl.fileplanet.com/dl/dl.asp?planetunreal/quartermaster/maps/sw-texasbank.zip
