No, not freeware, but iZotope Ozone 3 (http://www.izotope.com/products/audio/ozone/) is pretty dope.

Also, the audio mastering article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audio_mastering) at Wikipedia has a list of software you could check out. Maybe one or some of them are free.

Depending on what you want to do, Audacity (http://audacity.sf.net/) can be what you're looking for. If you mean more of a DJ-like program, maybe something like Ardour (http://ardour.org/) is the answer.

mostly something that can master the finished product, that has a mixer and what not.
