Anytime I try I get the message:

"Component "THREED32.OCX" not currently registered: file missing or invalid".

Is this a system file or something?

That might not necessarily work, I seem to remember back when I had UnrealEd 1 about installing the Visual Basic Runtime files 5.0 or later. Then the fix.
