I wouldn't even begin to imagine what happened at godgames, but recently gamecock pulled that little attention grabbing stunt at an awards ceremony just as Bioshock was receiving one. Although they did apologize (and I think it was spike anyway....)

I always admired romeros work.(fan boy)
But other than hyper space delivery boy (which was good) what has he done the past 8 years?
I even bought gauntlet seven sorrows for fact he worked on it.
It was average at best.

I read the comments posted after the article, and a lot of valid points were made. It is unprofessional for anything like this to be let out, as it does no favours to either side. We may all be curious to really know what happened, but still matters should be left private between the two of them. Somewhere in between lies the real truth, and each of them knows what happened. There's really no use in bringing it up years later either imo. Not worth it.

The way I see it this Wilson character is a bit of a flake. The way he attacks Romero on a personal level is just plain unprofessional. Especially since Romero simply posted a minor jab. Gamecock in general seems like a real "LOOK AT ME" sort of company with this guy at the helm.

Since Gamecock is the publisher of Croteam's tactical shooter I'm not signing off on them completely. But right now they seem very childish.

Yeah, after hearing they would be publishing Croteam's new title I checked out the site. But couldn't find any info on upcoming titles... developers they were working with.

Godgames didn't last to long, and they were not favored by developers that much.
True but some of the games are so bad it's still good like Oni, Heavy Metal FAKK, Blair Witch, etc.
I remember getting a free CD bundled with a Mag and it contains behind the scene photoshoots for some of the hottest babes(we're taking big butt and ripe bossoms). I think it was for the calenders I think. It also contains early trailers of Max Payne, Nocturne, Oni, 4X4 and a few more.
