UnrealScript help needed

I've decided to fiddle around with UnrealScript and do some simple stuff first. I've read this tutorial: http://www.planetunreal.com/wod/tutorials/guide.htm and after making all the changes, it doesn't want to run.

I know C++ so no need to refer me to those types of tutorials, but if someone could refer me to a good tutorial that gets you started right from the beginning or if someone could explain what I'm doing wrong I would be very grateful.

My thoughts are that the tutorial that I read was made for Unreal and not for UT (that's what I'm coding for btw).

Any help would be appreciated.

I would definitely recommend the UnrealEd Reference Collection. (http://www.fragdifferent.com/newsItems/viewDepartment$Unreal) It contains several scripting tutorials.
