Secret finale

Is there a secret finale?!
I finished Max Payne with hard boiled, and a few days ago I felt like playing again. I went to the load menu, and saw on the top a slot called "Secret Finale". When I clicked it my computer crashed (I did some stupid things earlier, and I was too lazy to restart).

There's a code on GameFaqs to view a secret ending.

ok, the code that they're telling you to type is maxpayne_gamemode->gm_sendendofgamemessages(); this will tell you that you've beat the game and that the hard boiled and DOA modes have been unlocked... That's it...

Or you could just download a mod like a weapons test or kung fu and use the level selector that comes with them...

Or you could hire a monkey to sit around and play the game and play it and play it and play it until the monkey figures out a way to get in to the secret finale, then you wouldn't pay the monkey as much money as you said you were going to and the monkey quits before he tells you how to get the secret finale and then you cry and cry and cry and then you get a lawyer and sue the monkey but the monkey didn't show up in court and he ran off to sweden with this other monkey and they're hiding.
