It's not from any game. It was mocked up for a fake Duke Nukem Forever screen shot competition held by 3D Realms. That fake screenshot was made by a forum member.

Oh ok thanks for the info. I was searching for it and went to the "dream Stripper" game page, lmao ! Tell you what, I hope that the strippers in DNF are atleast as smooth poly looking as the stripper in that game !
