this will probably be difficult to answer unless you are right next to me...

ok I cannot get this dam voice pack to work...

i have the .uax and .u files and then when I load Unreal T. and go to player setup it even lets me choose my voice pack. But then when I start a new multiplayer game(server i guess) no sounds are there..

I did change the unrealtournament.ini file like the tutorial said and made new uax and u files.

why is this happening?

After you run the level and exit the game, you can also check the 'Unreal.log' text file in your Unreal/System directory and look for any lines that start off with 'Warning:' It will probably say something like: "Can't find file for package ********" This will tell you the exact name of the package the game is looking for.

I think upper and lower case letters are important for filenames, i.e. if you tell the game to look for "MySounds.uax" and the filename is actually "Mysounds.uax", then the package might not load.

i am checking now, the last time i tried, they crashed.. ahaa sound files not proper!

i used sforge and used the 8 bit mono 11xxx format...

let me go check.. thanks

the unreal sound editor played the files properly this time

there was a syntax error in the *.int file..
