Maps for Unreal

Hi there,

I'm looking for usermade maps for Unreal 1. I've already found some but they are all in this fantasy setting. I'm looking for maps that look more like Sin, Max Payne, episode 1 and 3 from duke3d,... You know, just more realistic maps. I don't know if they exist, that's why I'm asking it images/icons/smile.gif

Anyone has a suggestion? A name would be good, then I will search for it myself.

First of all, topics which are unreal-related (especially about maps) should go into the UnrealEd Help forum.

Second, I have all Unreal 1 singleplayer maps (400 MB zipped images/icons/grin.gif ) which were ever made by fans.

I've donwloaded alle these maps from Nali City (http://nalicity.beyondunreal.com/), THE place for everything Unreal. They have a HUGE archive of U1/UT/UT2003 maps!!!

Here are names of two U1 sp maps which I think are realitsic-style:

Force Bunker
STREETWARS

I'm not sure, because there are about 190 singleplayer maps and I haven't checked them all out yet. graemlins/hhg.gif

Yeah, I was not sure where to put it. But I thought it fitted more in General Gaming.
I downloaded Streetwars and I'm going to give it a try, thanks for the help.
I can't find any singleplayer maps on Nalicity, just 2 DM.
I found this place to download from http://www.oldunreal.com/newmaps/unrealsp/ but I like to know before what I'm going to download.

^I gave Streetwars a try a minute ago and it's good! It requires the Infiltration mod (latest version 2.6 worked best for me) which will give you realistic Counter-Strike type weapons for Unreal 1. I think the mod is available at fileplanet, but you should check Nali City first, ofcourse. No damn waiting in line crap. images/icons/grin.gif

There's also a version 2.65 and 2.65beta, but like I mentioned: v2.6 works perfectly with Streetwars map. No bugs or sth. However, you can try the higher versions, too, but they may cause problems. Who knows?

I just played it for a minute and it seems cool. I only get a graphical glitch on the shotgun.
You know, I'm sometimes just tired of all those fantasysettings and want to play something different.

Yeah, I agree. Unreal hast too much of gothic and sci-fi stuff.

I just downloaded all the Inflitration maps! Check'em out....

I don't know if anyone has ever tried this, but I once tried to run an Unreal map on Unreal Tournament and it worked just fine, complete with Unreal weapons, too kewl. (I own both of course, Unreal Gold and Unreal Tournament).
