I have been seeing these "|33t H4X0r" weird codes, everywhere. I was wondering if anyone here know what they mean, & how to translate it to normal english.

Elite, one who excels.

Hacker, one who hacks.

Therefore it means skilled or excellent hacker.

hacker speak also comes from password security, i.e its better to use the password like "110v3st8c3" which would translate into "ILOVESTACY" or whatever password, so that dictionary brute force hacks wont get the password.
