Faces of Death - missing level?

I own Duke3D for both Mac and PC. The first episode (LAMeltdown) has a seventh level called 'faces of death'. I can reach this level on my mac, but not from the pc. I want to dukematch on this level so I'm wondering whats the deal with this level...

It's not a missing level. It's a Dukematch only level - you're not supposed to be able to get to it "normally in the game".

It's supposed to be reachable via Deathmatch only. If you warp to it, don't ask "How come there's no ending"? That's because it's Dukematch.
