Javascript Countdown

Hi,
I need a javascript countdown to a specific date with days, hours, minutes an seconds for my website. Does anybody know where to download the code?
Has to run atleast with IE, Firefox (optional Opera).

Or does anybody know where I can download a flash countdown (no tutorial for it)?

I can't seem to be able to even open this page in Opera, and I personally would need a javascript countdown as well, preferably one that can be hidden in a normal paragraph instead requiring a form.
