Ok i used maxras to make an mpm file for a realism mod (for max payne 1) that im trying to make for myself and combine it with the fps mod but the mod doesnt work when its selected. Can someone make the mpm for me if i send them the files? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I suspect you're making the same mistake as I did, the first time I tried to compile a mod.

Are you compiling the data folder? Or a folder, containing the data folder?

Try putting the data folder inside another folder, call it anything you like, "mymod" or something.

Compile that mymod folder into an .mpm and try it.

well it works now but every time i shoot the game freezes

That's a problem with your mod, have you changed any of the weapon's text files?

yeah i fixed it lol i forgot to change the maxshootingfrequency to 4.01 it was lower than the normal shoot frequency
