I thought this was another parody movie and I was about to post about my impending suicide.

Haha same. I thought ''wow, they're doing a Batman parody already!?''.

Without going too much into politics, I hope this movie delivers on what it promises. Nobody really questions Obama's record in the US, and as a result, he has this fervent following, and I don't know if they're in their right minds or not. It's a very confusing time to be an American voter.

How can you not make this a political discussion....
Here's trying...
I think the movie is crap, it could have any candidate as it main target.
In the end it's picking the lesser evil, that is if you want to label certain candidates as
evil.

They are all evil. The point of election nowadays is to pick the guy who is going to do the least amount of damage.

Actually apparently Obama is fairly even handed, even in his legal days. Go figure.

Not going to pull up a link. Search NPR.org for the appropriate articles.

I'm glad that Obama beat Clinton for the nomination. It shows that my country is making progress and that the average Joe can finally see through the Bush/Clinton/Clinton/Bush/Bush/Clinton/Clinton scheme. Because, if you need someone to blame for the current state of the US, Bush + Clinton pretty much have it covered, and it is well known that both Bush and Clinton families are friends.

However, Obama is going to screw up Big Time, by either having Clinton be his running mate, or initiating conflict with Iran if Bush fails to. Obama thinks Iraq was a mistake, and in his speech to AIPAC ( http://youtube.com/watch?v=zlTO_YQakyE ) he promised he would take military action if necessary to defend Israel.

I'm not voicing support for McCain either, as McCain is the obviously war hungry one.

Obama is a talented public speaker, and so I don't think people will realize his true character until after his first couple of months in office, when he's giving speeches about how the United States needs to confront Iran both diplomatically and militarily.

Yep, another one here who thought the same thing. Seriously... is that the best title they could come up with?

However, Obama is going to screw up Big Time, by either having Clinton be his running mate...

Or he'll just end up getting assassinated (which sadly, is highly likely given his ethnicity) and Hillary will get the presidency anyway. I hope I'm wrong though, because I'm just as sick and tired of both the Bush's and the Clintons.

How? It shows that people are getting dumber, and dumber. The only thing it shows, is that a 'great' speaker can still wow and woo a crowd into complacency, and that socialism can be neatly repackaged for public consumption with no pause, no question, and no debate. Anytime Obama is criticised it rapidly turns into the "Dont attack my (blank)" from Obama, or an appeasing "lets give him the benefit of the doubt" from the media.

However, Obama is going to screw up Big Time, by either having Clinton be his running mate, or initiating conflict with Iran if Bush fails to.

Yeah, it couldn't possibly be that Americans will actually dissagree with his policy and not vote him in to begin with could it? Iran is dangerous, and there are some major league idiots out there who seem to ignore that little fact. Advice to those people : Don't disregard a Wolf. It will bite you.

By the way did anyone hear about the WMDS found in Iraq recently? No? Yellowcake, and delivery systems. Huh.

I'm not voicing support for McCain either, as McCain is the obviously war hungry one.

The heartless old fogie, hes so willing to sacrifice his own son in more senseless war huh? :( and poor little Iran, they havent dont anything like train insurgents or tag our naval ships in the region, or threaten to push one of our allies into the sea... Whats with all this hosility in the world man? Can't we all just get along and stuff, lol.

Obama is a talented public speaker,

Only when the teleprompter isn't on the fritz.

Saying hes embarassed by Americans who cant say more then "Merci boucoup" when they go to France. Telling Americans that they should learn Spanish, as opposed to the immigrants coming to the country learning the predominate language. Telling us great stories about his relatives in war time, and it being completely historically and factually inaccurate... Yeah, hes excellent.

His choice of locations to give his speech in Germany was great too. Giving a speech infront of a monument to war is like icing on the cake. Hail Victory indeed. Many Germans are embarassed that monument is even there.

Oh and you gotta love how the media tries to play up Obama appearances before massive audiences numbering in the TENS OF THOUSANDS!!! Theres a free rock concert for a few pro-communist bands going on at the time. Hey that doesn't have ANYTHING to do with those huge crowds does it?

and so I don't think people will realize his true character until after his first couple of months in office, when he's giving speeches about how the United States needs to confront Iran both diplomatically and militarily.

He wants to negotiate without preconditions with Iran, which we have already seen the Iranian government will exploit any situation agressively and unpredictably.

Or he'll just end up getting assassinated (which sadly, is highly likely given his ethnicity)

Hes not even black, and hes definatly not the first black candidate to run. Which many people have called him. Alan Keyes ran before him, but hes an evile Repub, so I guess that doesn't matter.

This election, nobody is getting what they want, whichever way you vote, its a bad call. They both suck. John McCain only sucks slightly less.
