How is Duketag Played?

Very simple question, How do you play Duketag maps? For example, the Queen map in Duke 3D Atomic... We just entered the map, searched around but couldn't figure out anything... Not to mention that base entrances closed after something I've done :o Also I have no clue on how to get scores in it...

I think theres a switch or something at the start that opens it up.

No we know about it. I just don't know how to score exactly. I pressed it, the teleporters open to both green and brown teams... What do I have to do after that?
