Can someone help me turn off the smoke that come off the walls when I shoot them in SD Duke???
I like the default HRP smoke more, and still want to use SD Duke.

I really dont think warrented a new thread.
Why dont you use Duke Plus instead of SD_Duke, it has basicly all the features of SD and most can be customised.

I really don't want all that extra stuff in Duke Plus to be honest.

I really don't want all that extra stuff in Duke Plus to be honest.
90% of the extra stuff is optional and can be turned off.
And no, I'm not pushing my mod. I don't care if you play it, and will say nothing more about it nor will I help you with your stupid problems.

Well thanks for the kind and courteous words.
Great job.
I have already tried your mod.
I really don't like having the extra stuff. It's nothing personal.
Even though I can turn most of it off, it's just a pain.
It flipped my scroll wheel too.
It also didn't give as much things as SD.
Why'd you even bother posting, just to say something rude?
I'm not rude to you guys.

Why'd you even bother posting, just to say something rude?
I'm not rude to you guys.
You posted about your black boxes problem in the other thread.
I told you what was causing it.
Then you said you already knew what was causing it, (which you didn't, because you didn't know the difference between the HRP and SD_Duke).
So then I gave you a nice solution (using the -noautoload parameter) which you didn't acknowledge.
Now you start another thread because you don't like the SD_Duke smoke, and when someone suggests you try Duke Plus, you say you don't like the extra stuff in it (which is silly, because the extra stuff can easily be turned off, and it's not a pain at all, unless the version you tried was really old, before it had an in-game menu).
So, to answer your question: I was rude because I got fed up with you being annoying.

It said, in the original post, that you replied to in the other thread, that I knew what was causing it (it said so under the picture,) and I knew how to fix it by taking the things out of the auto load folder.
I tried 1.8, though I honestly think that's the newest one.
I'm sorry we've had trouble communicating.
And to be completely honest I appreciate the work you did in making that mod, there's a lot of cool things in it that many people will like.
However, it's simply not my thing.
Edit:
I just now read the post you made in the other thread.
That will solve my first problem, you're a beast.
Thanks : )

OK, so what topic should I ask this question in?
Well, since this thread exists, then there is no point in reposting your question else where.
2 ways:
Replace the SD_mod's smoke for a transparrent image file (meaning you wont see anything) or look thru the SD con files and remove the tags on the shotspark bullet holes that tell the game to spawn the smoke. (Simply it'll be "spawn <Name of smoke actor>")
