I think maybe there should be a bit more realism has ne1 else noticed that if they just stopped the lift while max was in it with no way out he would be a sitting duck i mean how many people are stupid enough to let 1 guy with a colt commando jackhammer and M79 get all the way through a building like that its just mad - yea ok so u accept that the game has to progess somehow but couldnt he have got half way in by going undercover or something or gaining acces codes to stop cameres before he went anywere like in a lift if u had to do this they wouldnt know u were in the lift and therefore wouldnt stop it however in the present situation they must see u in the lift (supposing this high security building has a few cameres here and there) and think ahh our guy will get him at the other end blam blam o bugger look at thet he killed my head of security suprise suprise-maby they will look at this aspect in the upcomeing sequals if not then who cares the game still rocks _Megla

1. Proper punctuation and grammar can help people fully understand what you're saying.
2. There is an enter key for a purpose- use it, unless it's broken. If so, then let us know first line of your post.

SOF2 for realism? LOL. Heads and arms don't usually turn into stumps when shot with a Desert Eagle or Shotgun, if you think that you've seen too much Robocop... Add a bit blood to Ghost Recon and you got realism.
lol!
Hey dude have you ever seen a Hong Kong Blood Opera?
This is what Max Payne was based on.
I suggest you watch The Killer or Hard Boiled (both by John Woo) and then rewrite this topic.
Otherwise go play your "realistic" SOF2!!
LOL!!!

*snicker* First, you can't close the topic. Second... Max Payne isn't that incredibly realistic in a coupla ways. The most obvious (yet overlooked) of which: How is it that he survives bullets, explosions, and drugs with PAINKILLERS? Painkillers don't fix punctured organs, sorry. And you think Max'd not be able to carry all those weapons on him at the same time and still run, wouldn't you? Yeah. With any shooter, there's a ton of unrealism. It's called "suspension of disbelief." Go out and pick some up today, it's great stuff.

Not exactly.
grammer <font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Whoever gives him the typoe-guy boot first will be in the credits of my mod. And also, weirdly enough, my Enter key stopped working for a second there.

well ok SoF goes a bit over the top on realism and i kinda figured out that i cant close this message board and yea ok i didnt bring up all the points that i could have but i thought they could have been the points that could have been edited. You have to have some sort of pain releif or healing in shooters so you cant realy make that a hell of alot more realistic and it would be boreing without the guns. I just thought that it could have been done slightly better on that aspect _Megla
