Am i the only one experiencing that strange "Hardware-TL-Bug"? From 5 times starting "Max Payne" hardware-TL is only enabled one time, the other times it's just software-TL (=laggy mouse, decreased and unstable framerates).

Athlon TB 1.4 GHz
QDI KinetiZ 7E-A Motherboard (latest BIOS)
VIA 4in1 Drivers (latest)
384 MB Ram (SDR-RAM)
GeForce3 (Detonator 14.40) - not overclocked
Soundblaster Live! 5.1 (latest drivers)
