I spent a little time in the social groups this morning.
I went through all of them, and if the social group was older, there was a question mark for the group's icon. When first implemented, social groups didn't have the icon, so when that feature was added, existing groups got a question mark. I have PM'ed all group owners and requested they add some sort of image, so we can get rid of the questions marks. Oddly enough, one I created had a ? too. :)
Second, I added categories. I went and looked at all of the groups, and created categories that fit all of them. Most are properly filed, but at least one was one of those kind that fit in about three categories, but didn't seem right for "Misc", either. If you can think of new categories that should be here, let me know, only I can add them.
Lastly, I deleted a couple of dead weight ones. The ones I removed had no posts, and the group owner hadn't logged in since around April 2008. There were about 3-4 that met this criteria and were removed.
